International Collaborations
The first one is a European Master. A partnership agreement (supported by Erasmus scholarships) has
been signed in 2014 between UTC and the University of Genoa (UNIGE), Italy, in the field of computer
science. In December 2015, the curriculum of a European Master in Engineering for Complex and Interacting Systems (EMECIS, see http://www.emecis.eu )was officially signed between the two universities.
The EMECIS Master was launched in September 2016. It is also supported by the Vinci program11 for the mobility of Professors and students between the two universities.

The second international activity is a funding provided by the Idex of Sorbonne Universities (entitled
“Kit Master Nord Sud”) for the mobility of four Master students with the Lebanese University.
In January 2019 a new agreement has been signed with Polytechnic University of Tirana (UPT) for a double diploma degree in specialties “Machine Learning and optimization of complex systems” and “Automatics and Robotics of intelligent systems”.
This agreement will allow the best UPT's computer science students and / or electronics student to do their first year of the UPT Master's degree, and to continue their second year at the UTC, in the ISC Master, Learning and Optimization of systems course (AOS) or Automatic and Robotic for Intelligent Systems (ARS). At the end of this second year, they will obtain the double degree of master.
The signing ceremony of the double diploma agreement was celebrated in the presence of Philippe Courtier (Director of UTC), Andrea Maliqari (Rector of the UPT) and Christina Vasak (Ambassador of France in Albania).
